 A baptism and new member instruction class will begin on Sunday, February 5. This will be a twelve-week class that will be held during the Sunday School hour from 9-10 a.m. The first eight sessions are for those desiring baptism, and will focus on the life and teaching of Christ, his death and resurrection, and on how to be faithful disciples of Jesus. The last four sessions will focus on local congregational life, expectations of membership, and on the history and vision of Elizabethtown Mennonite Church. We are asking that those who are previously baptized but desire membership at Elizabethtown Mennonite Church participate in these last four sessions. Baptism and the receiving of new members will occur during the month of May. If you are interested in either baptism or be-coming a member of Elizabethtown Mennonite Church, please talk with either Pastor Conrad or Pastor Fred.
